Windows 7 64 bit - "No updates are installed on this computer"
Hi, This message: "No updates are installed on this computer", I continually get since I bought this Medion PC six months ago, and yet Update History shows SP1 successfully installed as was a recent download (yesterday) of "Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool" Update history has a list of failed updates as long as your arm. Update Troubleshooter repeatedly finds, and claims to have fixed an update componant--it's lying to me. I also get this repeated message: An unexpected error has occurred: The Troubleshooting Wizard can't continue. Path- Unknown Error Code - 0x8007057 Context - Restricted These are the Publisher Details of Hardware & Devices Troubleshooting Report: Used hardware & access devices connected to your computer: package Version 1.1 M.S. Windows --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Used hardware & access devices connected to your computer: Package Version 1.0 Microsoft Corporation Can anyone please help ?
